Prepaid orders and shipping charges

We ship across India. All orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is not available. Shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes 10–12 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier routing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery details

Tracking details are available after dispatch. Review your delivery address, pin code and phone number before paying. For a delayed parcel or tracking assistance, contact our WhatsApp support team with your order number.

Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 am–6 pm. Sunday closed.
